Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Welcome to AERYS INDIA. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.

1. No Return Policy

AERYS INDIA follows a strict No Return Policy. Products once sold and delivered are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns shall only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is physically damaged, defective, or non-functional at the time of delivery.
  • The customer is claiming warranty service for an eligible product covered under the applicable warranty terms.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To raise any claim related to:

  • damaged product,
  • missing item,
  • defective item,
  • wrong product received, or
  • warranty-related issue,

the customer must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video showing:

  • the sealed package before opening,
  • shipping label visibility,
  • complete unpacking process,
  • product condition and issue clearly visible.

Claims raised without a valid unboxing video proof may be rejected without further review.

3. Warranty Claim Returns

If a product is covered under warranty and the customer raises a valid warranty claim:

  • The customer may be required to return the product for inspection/testing.
  • Return approval shall be subject to verification by AERYS INDIA.
  • Products found physically damaged due to misuse, mishandling, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or accidental breakage will not qualify under warranty.

AERYS INDIA reserves the sole right to:

  • repair,
  • replace, or
  • reject the warranty claim

after inspection of the returned product.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable once an order is successfully placed and processed.

Refunds shall only be initiated under the following condition:

  • The order cannot be delivered by AERYS INDIA due to courier service limitations, non-serviceable delivery area/pincode, or operational delivery restrictions from our side.

In such cases, the prepaid amount (if any) will be refunded to the original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

The following situations are not eligible for return, replacement, refund, or warranty coverage:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor color/design variations
  • Damage caused by improper use
  • Customer-generated physical damage
  • Improper installation or handling
  • Missing original packaging/accessories
  • Claims raised without unboxing proof
  • Change of mind after purchase

6. Claim Time Limit

Any issue regarding damaged, defective, wrong, or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims raised after the specified period may not be accepted.
