This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping and delivery terms for orders placed on AERYS INDIA. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.

A clear shipping policy helps customers understand delivery timelines, processing, restrictions, and shipping responsibilities before purchase.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, festivals, sales, or unforeseen operational situations, processing and dispatch timelines may be extended.

2. Shipping Coverage

AERYS INDIA currently ships across selected serviceable locations within India.

Delivery availability depends on:

  • courier partner serviceability,
  • operational feasibility,
  • and pincode coverage.

Certain remote or restricted pincodes may not be serviceable by our delivery partners.

3. Non-Serviceable Areas

If an order is placed for a non-serviceable pincode or location where delivery is unavailable through our courier partners:

  • the order may be cancelled by AERYS INDIA,
  • and any prepaid amount received for such order shall be refunded to the original payment method.

AERYS INDIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping limitations.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • courier operations,
  • weather conditions,
  • public holidays,
  • regional restrictions,
  • or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

AERYS INDIA reserves the right to modify shipping fees without prior notice.

6. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through:

  • email,
  • SMS,
  • or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Tracking updates are subject to courier partner systems and scanning availability.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, AERYS INDIA shall not be held liable for delays caused due to:

  • courier partner issues,
  • natural disasters,
  • transportation disruptions,
  • government restrictions,
  • strikes,
  • or any force majeure events beyond our control.

8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is undelivered due to:

  • incorrect address,
  • incorrect contact details,
  • repeated delivery failure,
  • or customer unavailability,

AERYS INDIA shall not be responsible for any resulting loss or delay.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.

If the package appears tampered, damaged, or defective:

  • the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery,
  • along with clear unboxing video proof.

Claims without valid video evidence may not be accepted.
